Meeting called to order at Buccilli’s at 12:05 pm
Pledge & Prayer
Heather Marra led the pledge and Rhonda Lamberg the prayer

Approval of 4/12/23 Meeting Minutes
Minutes will be approved at next meeting as they were just released.
Club Updates & News
Adopt-A-Highway
Diane Nielsen submitted the following information for the minutes:
There is one opening left. Contact Diane to volunteer
Road clean-up should be completed by Saturday, May 7
Date completed and number of bags needs to be sent to Diane
Remember to turn in vests.
Business Expo - April 26th
Heather Marra will represent the club at the Business Expo
Board Meeting Update
Review of Grants:
Commission on Aging- Chores Program - $2,500.00
- This was tabled. Will entertain a request for one tool
Commission on Aging- Food Insufficiency Pantry - $2,500.00
- The Commission on Aging requested this grant for shelving for their food pantry. This grant was declined by the board. It was felt this is duplication as the HL Rotary Club donates to two food pantries in Roscommon County that are open to all.
Friends of Trestle Park - $1,500
- $1500.00 was approved toward grant for free concerts and other community sponsored activities.
Friends of Collins - $2,000
- $1500.00 was approved toward equipment for Field Days, June 2023 and going forward.
Roscommon County Veterans Affairs - $1,000
- $1000 was approved for this grant.
