Meeting called to order at Buccilli’s at 12:01 pm

Grant Presentations-
Friends of Collins - Beth Burtis and Laura Schroeder - $1,500
Friends of Trestle Park - Mary Michela - $1,500
Speaker- Friends of Trestle Park - Mary Michela
- “Friends of Trestle Park” began in 2011
- Park opened in 2013 and began Music in Park Series
- 6 concerts this year
- First concert Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend
- All events are free
- Helping to create a sense of community
Club Updates & News
6290 Rotary District Conference, Amway Grand, Grand Rapids
Adopt-A-Highway
- Road clean-up should be completed by Saturday, May 7
- Date completed and number of bags needs to be sent to Diane
- Remember to turn in vests at next meeting
New Member Reception
- This will be held May 17 at Buccilli’s in the evening
- Event will be advertised on Facebook
2nd Annual Golf Outing
- Pineview Golf Course, June 16
- Scott Bates is the Chair
- 19 Sponsors last year/30 Sponsors is the goal this year
- First Golf Outing Planning Meeting will be held May 17 at Buccilli’s in the evening after the New Member Reception
HL Business Expo Update
Heather Marra represented the Club at the Expo
Auction Update
- Great Success
- Sold more Wine Pulls
- Sold more Ticket Packages
- Tickets sold this year were less than last year (88)
- Still had good turnout and participation
- Net income: $28,847 (numbers are being finalized)
